Making her big debut...

Now that our newest little one, Tessa Cleo (we usually call her Tess), has been with our family for nearly two weeks, I thought I should post a few pictures of her here. I have to say that this was one of my easiest deliveries. I was dilated to a 7 already when I went to my checkup, and was just starting to feel some contractions. My doctor sent me over to the hospital immediately, and four hours later, our beautiful baby girl was born. (Of course there are more details...but I'll spare you for now...) We are so happy to have her with us!

These next pictures were taken yesterday. We were so thankful that Grandma could come stay with us for a week.

Not so sure about this "staying awake" thing. I'd just rather sleep, thanks!

She is such a good baby. Of course, coming three weeks early, she is still very sleepy--sometimes too sleepy to eat. But she's getting better at it. The other kids adore her, and love to hold her during the short snippets of time that she's awake. We are all interested to see who this little person will become!
